Brendan is a founding member of Winbridge SBF Ltd. Together with his fellow founding members, Brendan oversees the tax compliance, accounting and consulting services of the firm. He has thirty-six years of experience of public accounting experience with specialization in auditing, taxation, and business consulting to closely held companies and their owners. Prior to joining Winbridge SBF, Brendan worked for twelve years with a large-local firm. Brendan has a diversified skill-set affording him the reputation as a trusted adviser with excellent interpersonal skills. His consulting expertise includes business-coaching for business owners and other key members of their management teams, facilitation of client retreats, strategic planning sessions, as well as organization-wide team-building and education.

Brendan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University in 1986. Brendan is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (Governing Council member 2012 – 2017) and the Ohio Society of CPAs (Executive Board member 2005 – 2007, 2011 – 2014 and Chair of the Executive Board 2012-2013). In December 2018, Brendan was appointed to the Accountancy Board of Ohio to a seven-year term expiring in 2025. In December, 2022 Brendan was appointed to serve a one-year term as Chair of the Accountancy Board.
